I don't know about you, but I can be chronically indecisive sometimes. But really only when it comes to food, I can be a nightmare out at restaurants. I think it's because I want to make the right decision, and not waste a meal eating something average. Because when it comes to food, eating something average is a terrible fate. I know, I know. Total #firstworldproblems.
So when it came down to a tie breaker this morning in the cheese cake vs brownies challenge, it was really actually an easy decision after all. Why not both! So both it was, and swirled together it's a total winner because (a) it looks impressively pretty (it's not hard, but all your friends will be fooled) and (b) you get two desserts for the bargain basement price of one.
If you're here because you're after a great clean eating/paleo diet/raw food vegan recipe, I hate to disappoint, because unfortunately you're a little lost. Because this is filled with so much goodness (aka dark chocolate, sugar and cream cheese) it'll blow your socks off.
It's totally rich, like Bill Gates & Hugh Heffner rolled into one rich. And decadent and totally worth every calorie you're about to consume. I used 90% dark chocolate (think of all those antioxidants and good stuff that's in super dark chocolate) and light cream cheese (every little bit counts - but totally doesn't when you're eating half a tray of brownies.)
So throw your diet out the window, and pop a batch of these in the oven. Because it's only the start of the week, and this will definitely help with the Monday blues.
